Product pricing is visible only after login and is exclusive for verified customers, retailers, or distributors.

All orders must comply with the minimum order quantity or other conditions mentioned on the product page.

Unauthorized use of the website or its content is prohibited.

We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our sole discretion.

Use of the website for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes will result in immediate account suspension.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sri balaji fertilizer and pesticides, we ensure the highest quality standards. However, under valid circumstances:

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

In case of damaged or incorrect products received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or call with photo/video proof.

Refunds or replacements are initiated after internal verification and will reflect within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be processed only in cases of damaged goods or non-availability.

We reserve the right to approve or reject a refund request at our discretion.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

We deliver via two channels:

1. B2C (Retail Customers):

Shipping is fulfilled through Shiprocket with tracking available.

Delivery within 4–7 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping charges may apply as per standard rates.

2. B2B (Distributors & Retailers):

Self-shipment allowed (buyers may send their own vehicles to our warehouse).

Delivery also available via our company vehicle or through Smart Ship or other logistics partners.

Bulk orders will be fulfilled from the nearest warehouse depending on product availability. Custom Transport – Coordinate special bulk transport on request

Delivery charges, timelines, and logistics will be confirmed upon order placement and may vary based on destination and quantity.
