Description
This is Karni Zinctara-Z – a Zinc Oxide Suspension Concentrate with 39.5% Zn. It’s a micronutrient fertilizer for crops.
Key benefits of Zinc in agriculture:
– Corrects zinc deficiency: Zn deficiency is very common in Indian soils, especially in rice, wheat, and maize. Symptoms are stunted growth, “khaira disease” in paddy, and little leaf.
– Boosts yield & quality: Zinc is vital for enzyme activity, chlorophyll formation, and protein synthesis. Proper Zn levels increase grain weight, tillering, and overall yield.
– Improves crop growth: Helps in root development, flowering, and grain filling. Plants become healthier and more uniform.
– Increases disease resistance: Zinc improves plant immunity and helps crops tolerate stress like drought.
– Better nutrient uptake: Zn helps plants use nitrogen and phosphorus more efficiently.
– Suspension concentrate form: 39.5% Zn means high concentration. SC formulation gives better leaf coverage and absorption when sprayed, with less wastage than zinc sulphate.
For all crops: The label says “For All Crops”. It’s especially useful in paddy, wheat, maize, pulses, cotton, and vegetables.
How to use: Usually foliar spray or soil application. Dose varies by crop, but typically 1-2 ml/L for spray. Check the label or ask a local agriculture officer for exact dosage for your crop and stage.
Using it when deficiency symptoms show or at critical growth stages like tillering/flowering gives best results. For specific advice on your crop, talk to a local agronomist.
